This app is a dinner decision tool. It helps households reduce the daily effort of deciding what to cook by surfacing meals from a personal meal library based on context such as available time, energy level, household preferences, and ingredients that need using.

The app is not a medical, nutritional, or dietary advice tool. It does not guarantee any specific health, dietary, or financial outcome. All meal content is provided for general household planning purposes only.

This app operates on a local-first model. All household data - including meal libraries, preferences, use-soon items, and planning history - is stored on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store your household data on any external server.

If you uninstall the app, your data will be permanently deleted from your device. We cannot recover it. We recommend using your device's backup tools (such as iCloud or Google One) to safeguard your data if this matters to you.

The core app does not require an account to function. If future versions introduce optional account features (such as cloud sync or cross-device access), those features will be subject to separate, clearly stated terms and will be fully opt-in.

You agree to use this app only for its intended purpose: personal household meal planning. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

You must not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app's functionality, or interfere with any other user's access to the app.

Any meals, notes, or content you add to the app are stored locally on your device and remain your own. We do not access, collect, or claim ownership of content you create within the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add does not infringe on any third-party rights. We are not liable for any content you create or store within the app.

The app may use third-party services for limited purposes such as crash reporting, support submissions, or analytics. Where third-party services are used, they are selected for their privacy practices and are not given access to your household meal data.

Support messages sent via the in-app contact, feedback, or issue forms are processed through Formspree (formspree.io). By submitting a support form, you consent to that message being transmitted to and stored by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no warranty that meal suggestions will be suitable for your specific dietary needs, allergies, or health requirements. Always exercise your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical or nutritional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
